newtown terrace
an end terrace with an ideal orientation. the form of the exisitng house has been maintained with spotted gum additions proving a first floor bedroom, ensuite and robe spaces. the new spaces address the northern aspects and a Pin Oak tree in the adjoining property. the project modifies the existing Victorian terrace to create a contemporary light filled dwelling.
